One of the
Great Truth
We think
of the ear when we use the word “listening”, but did you know
that you really listen with your mind? Listening is actually
an inner response to an outer stimulus—a sensitivity to vibration,
and vibrations is everywhere. Every moment thousands of vibrations
are reaching us, and we can tune in on whatever we like. We
may listen to the beauty of nature or focus on filthy city
streets. We may listen to joy or sorrow, success or failure,
optimism or fear. Each of us is born with equipment to hear,
but we must cultivate the ability to hear rightly, to listen
selectively. When we form the habit of listening creatively,
we become receptive to the higher vibrations of a cosmic voice
from which all intelligence springs forth. It is absolutely
amazing what we can do when we walk and work under the guidance
of the “still small voice” Life can be dynamic and effective
and decisive and confident when we cultivate the ability to
hear and heed the message of the Cosmic Intelligence within
us and in the world around us. By

The Revealing
Word
These are the
seven necessary conditions for true prayer:
-
God
should be recognized as Father.
-
Oneness
with God should be acknowledged.
-
Prayer
must be made within, in "the secret place" (Psalms
91)
-
The
door must be closed on all thoughts and interests of the
outer world.
-
The
one who prays must believe that he has received.
-
The
kingdom of God must be desired above all things, and sought
first.
-
The
mind must let go of every unforgiving thought.

How to Use
Affirmations
Repeat at least once a day, think
on the affirmation. Close your eye and feel the reality
in every level of your mind.
"In the
Eternal moment of God's presence at the center of my mind,
I experience a happiness throughout my body, mind and soul,
as a result of meditational contact with God's presence within
me, as well as expressing God's presence to other's"
