Affirmation

I am happy; I am free; I am filled with joy. I know that God has a sense of humor, and I laugh loud and long with joy of living. Joy is evidence of happiness.

As the rose blooms, it joyously proclaims that it is glad to be a rose.

As I sing and laugh my way through life, I show that I am glad to be alive. I spread joy wherever I go. My smile is a joyous sight for others. I have so much joy that I can’t contain it all, so I give it away to the world. I share my joy with everyone I meet.
