Meditation
All forms of
meditation attempt to still the mind.
An awareness of one’s thoughts from mindfulness may
come as an awareness of where the thoughts originate. This can lead to
profound self-knowledge and personal change. You can release old habits,
clear away emotional confusion and physical pain, etc. There are different
levels of meditation.
Sit in a straight back chair with your feet flat on the
floor. Breathe deeply, hold it and count to 10 then release it slowly.
Relax. Do this for about 10 to 15 minutes. Still the body and mind. You
can say a mantras, chants or prayers and let go of all your thoughts.

Experiencing
God
We call God by the name “I”—I AM
That I AM.” This is the unspoken word. It was veiled from mankind for a
long time, because man was not able to receive it. He could have received
it, but he would have misunderstood and misused it. If someone says to us,
“I am God, “ we view him askance, but it is true! We speak not of
human “I,” of course . It is “I” that Jesus spoke of, the “I”
that Moses spoke of, the “I” that Buddha and Zoroaster and Lao-Tze and
Mohammed and all the others who had revelations saw, understood, and
experienced. They knew that the individual experience, immortality, and
infinity is the Presence of God, that the Presence of God is God, and that
Jesus said, “He who has seen me has seen the Father.” It is why Paul
said, “It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me.” We are
but participators and witnesses of the action of a dimension that most
people do not know anything about. The artist call it his “muse.” The
businessman calls it a “hunch.” The spiritual person calls it “revelation.”
The artist calls it “inspiration.” Others call it “a burst of
energy.” Whatever it is, it is and this is the important thing by any
other name, it is still the fourth dimension. “Your Father knows what
you need before you ask him.

Words for Growth
All I have seen teaches me to
trust the creator for all I haven't seen.
We bring about new beginnings
in our lives by deciding to bring about endings.
It's nice to be good, but
better to be good for something.
God gave me this physical
(impairment) to remind me that I am not the greatest, he is!!
