The
God in me Greets the God In You
By Rose Whaley. Happy
1998! This is the newsletter’s first anniversary. I am pleased to say I
have enjoyed this experience and learned so much about myself and others.
At this time, I would like to share a little story with you. Last New year’s
night approximately 12:00 am or 1:00am I was inspired to look out my
kitchen window, which is on the side of the building, after it had snowed
a little. I saw written in large print, “Happy New Year’s to All,”
“ Love One Another,” “Be Good to Each Other.” I called my son
Clifford to read it, he just smiled. The next morning the snow had melted
and the words were gone, but I will never forget those words, because they
are engraved in my heart. Before this, I was unable to sleep that night.
My energy was very high and I felt restless. I get this way a lot when I
am overjoyed. It is natural just because I am alive.
To
live one day at a time and just enjoy the moment, the simple things that
nature has to offer, a simple smile exchange between strangers. It’s the
little things that we do which are important. For instance when we give a
homeless person a dollar, some clothing, or comforting someone with our
words or sharing some insight that we now know and experience as truth.
Most of all Love. Enjoy this New Year and make the best of it.
Now, I would like to
apologize to the people I did not notify about my birthday party and
success of the newsletter celebrated on September 7. I do believe you
would have been there. Believe me I am just fine about it the turn out and
have grown since it happened. It was just another lesson!
Now! To the callers, Yes I
am clairvoyant, but I do not do psychic readings. If there is anything you
really need to know, get very quite, go within your heart and trust your
inner guidance. Accept only what you can not change then just move on with
life. (it is good) The heart tells the truth the mind is a B-S. Artist.
For example, I had problems writing the newsletter when my mother was in
the hospital. I wanted to vent my hurt and anger about how my mother’s
illness was being manifested. I considered singling out and attacking
people on how they contributed to it.
Something was telling me
“Go Ahead tell and them how you are feeling.” My mind was full with rationales
and justifications, but my heart, Oh my heart was saying “you don’t
have to hurt people to speak the truth.” Say what’s in your heart with
the intentions of enlightenment for spiritual growth. I struggled because
I did not want to listen to my heart I was angry. One day, I just got very
still and went into a deep meditation. I saw this bright, powerful light
moving at a very high speed. It almost knocked me out of the chair, but it
was comforting and warm. I felt at peace in my mind at this point.
Suddenly a voice said, “you know what to write because you know and
understand the truth” (I am the light) and ever time you experience this
light you are looking in the face of God. Words do not teach, it is life
experiences that gives you the knowledge.
I would like to take this
opportunity to give special thanks to some people for their extra
financial support towards the birth and growth of the newsletter:
Including my God mother
Mrs. Salem for her encouragement and love, her brother Mr. Stevens and his
wife from Quitman, GA that I had the pleasure of meeting for the first
time, whom gave me a substantial donation and when they returned to GA
mailed some more.
Also Michelle from Memphis,
Tenn. I received her lovely letter and donation. She sounded fine on the
phone. I truly miss her and her family. Cathy-Sally from New Jersey I
received her letter and donation and I enjoyed the tape she send me.
Caressa Singleton I am honored you chose me to be your mentor on your
spiritual journey. The donation was greatly appreciated. Christine Barren
a lovely person that has spiritually grown. I am happy you are my friend.
Mary Johnson, everything is truly appreciated. I enjoyed our
conversations.
Luisa Garcia who
wrote a lovely letter expressing how she listened to her inner spirit and
chose to donate more money to the newsletter and Precious Thomas, instead
of buying new outfits. She sent the money when I needed it (how could she
have known). The donated money goes toward the newsletter expenses,
projects, tapes and books for those who can not afford them at this time.
God loves You!!
